FenrisFour accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, MobilePay Online, ViaBill.Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:
Denmark – Danish Kroner (DKK)
EU – Euro (EUR)
FenrisFour uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by others outside.
FenrisFour’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery

The delivery time for your order is delivery within 3-4 business days.
Delivery is free of charge unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a full right of withdrawal for 60 days on items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.The 60-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You bear any return costs yourself.

A desire for withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 60 days after delivery, and products must be in our possession no later than 60 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

A desire to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to [email protected]. The message must clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling it in a way that is not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a partial or no refund of the purchase amount. It is up to FenrisFour to assess the condition of the item.

Warranty

There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with Danish law. The warranty applies to all software, material, and manufacturing defects.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to FenrisFour within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed upon. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is void in case of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

FenrisFour covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if sent by cash on delivery.

We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others. They are only recorded in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with FenrisFour, we need the following information:
